The Sidebar Society

OVERVIEW

The Sidebar Society is an exclusive annual membership program limited to fifty (50) members per calendar year.

Membership provides access to curated benefits designed to enhance the Sidebar RGV dining and event experience.

 

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE

$150.00 per year, per membership. Non-refundable. Non-transferable.

 

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

1. Dining Discount: Members receive 10% off all food purchases for the duration of their membership year.

Discount applies to food items only and does not extend to beverages, tax, or gratuity.

 

2. Birthday Week Certificate: Members receive a $100 gift certificate redeemable during their birthday week (seven consecutive days beginning on the member's date of birth).

Certificate applies to food items only and does not extend to beverages, tax, or gratuity. Certificate must be used in a single visit and cannot be combined with other offers or carried over. No cash value.

 

3. Wine Tasting Guest Pass: Each membership includes one (1) complimentary guest pass to a Sidebar RGV ticketed wine tasting event. The guest pass is only valid when accompanied by the member, who must purchase a ticket to the same event. 

The guest pass is issued upon the member's purchase of a wine tasting ticket and is valid for the same event only. One pass per membership. Non-transferable.

 

 

MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION

Each member will be assigned a unique membership number and issued a membership card. Members must present their card or provide their membership number to receive benefits.

Lost cards can be reissued upon request.

 

MEMBERSHIP LIMITATIONS

Membership is limited to fifty (50) members per calendar year.

Memberships are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Sidebar RGV reserves the right to close enrollment at any time once the cap has been reached.

 

DISCOUNT TERMS

The 10% food discount is applied per visit and is available to the member only. The discount cannot be applied to the tabs of non-members dining separately. The discount applies to the member's check and may include items ordered by guests dining on the same check.

 

GENERAL TERMS

Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise stated.

Sidebar RGV management reserves the right to revoke membership without refund in cases of misuse or violation of house policies.

 

MEMBERSHIP PERIOD

Membership is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Renewal is subject to availability and current pricing at the time of renewal.
