At Sidebar, we offer preset Three Course Dinner Menu Options for all larger dinner events. These menus provide a fantastic tour of our full dinner menu.
Our Dinner Event menus come priced accordingly at 95.00, 75.00 or 55.00 Dollars per person ( plus tax and gratuity )
This package is the perfect way to treat your guests to delectable cuisine, elegant experiences, allow us to properly plan for your arrival, and ensure expedited service on busy evenings.
Dinner Event Polices
Below are the details for hosting a dinner event at Sidebar :
• Menu:
For parties of 13 or more guests we kindly require use of our preset dinner menus .
Our preset three-course dinner menus , priced at 95.00, 75.00 or 55.00 Dollars per person, plus tax and 20 % service gratuity and includes Complimentary Tea. (Sweet or Unsweetened)
All other beverages may be purchased separately.
These menu options are kindly required as they allow us to ensure expedited service on busy weekend evenings.
Please note : Pre set menu options are non transferable and cannot be modified.

Arrival and Seating Policy:
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all members of larger parties arrive together and on time for your reservation.
This helps us seat you promptly.
If some guests arrive after the reservation time, we may kindly ask them to relax in our welcoming lobby until the full party is ready or a suitable spot becomes available.

Decorations Policy:
We’re delighted when you add a personal touch to your dinner event!
Feel free to bring small balloons or fresh flowers to brighten your table.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly request NO sparklers, oversized decorations, large signage, or any open-flame items.
Your cooperation means the world to us!

Food and Beverage Policy:
To maintain the highest quality and freshness in our offerings, we politely ask that no outside food or beverages be brought into the restaurant.
We’re excited to share our menu with you!
• Deposit:
A $50.00 per person deposit is required to confirm your booking.
This deposit will be credited toward your food and beverage purchases and is not an additional fee.
Deposits also allow us to properly plan for your event .
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made will receive their deposit returned in the form of a gift certificate (minus a 20 percent cancellation fee) for future use.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before your event.
By booking an event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1 A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
2. The final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event. changes made after this time may not be accommodated.
3. The menu must be selected at least 7 days prior to the event. will do our best to accommodate restrictions, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.
4. The event must start scheduled time. Itineraries are available for event use. Please let us know if you'd like us to create one for you.
5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or disruptive.
6. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
7. By hosting the event at our restaurant, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
8. Any damages caused to the restaurant during the event will be the responsibility of the host and may be subject to additional charges.
